At HLE we provide turnkey packages; Our project management team will undertake comprehensive site surveys to understand our customers requirements, these requirements are visualized by designing and modeling in 3D CAD software such as complex pipeline systems. Fabrication services are provided in our workshop or out in the field and is undertaken as per drawings produced from our 3D model. The project management team will then plan the site installation phase producing detailed installation programs, task specific risk assessments and method statements along with inspection test plans to ensure the finished project is of the standard HLE are know to deliver.

HLE provide a vast array of fabrication products to the power industry, structural steelwork is our specialty as has been at the forefront of our services for over 30 years’ complimenting our mechanical team we can provide all the surrounding structural steelwork requirements such as pipe bridges, equipment platforms, access platforms and gantries.

HLE have gained accreditation to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & BS1090 Ex Class 3 – CE Marking to ensure our clients can rest assured the services & products we offer are of the highest standard.

Our engineers hold a selection of the following training qualifications; first aid training, City & Guilds Confined Space Entry, EUSR, PASMA Access Tower Erection, C.S.C.S, Slinger & Signaling, FLT & M.E.W.P. operators. All our Site Managers and Supervisors also carry both SSSTS and IOSHH qualifications.
