BPA – Buncefield Refinery

Supply of over 30 access platforms, staircases and hop-ups to Buncefield Refinery.

HL Engineering managed to win the tender to supply over 30 access platforms, staircases and hop-ups.

This was following a rebuild project by other contractors on site. All platforms was designed in-house, manufactured and installed on a site that is very challenging in terms of hot-works and permit systems.

Installation of 54 tonnes of new structural steelwork along the conveyor inside and out. EDF Energy and both parties are committed to working together. Carried out safely and without incident.
